Hello everyone! I appologize a thousand times for the lack of regular updates, but find electricity and internet to do a blog update was much harder than anticipated. Things should be a little easier now that we are back in the USA. All of our pictures from the roadtrip are up! They are LOOSLEY sorted into the regions in which they were taken. If you see some black photos, some "blurries"or other silly pictures that shouldn't be there, just ignore them for now. I still need to go back and rotate most of them as well.
That being said, Kip and I are still truckin'. We are going to Tijiuana today and I am sure I will end up being mugged/kidnapped. Hmmm, can adults be kidnapped. Adultnapped? I think I should take a nap. Yawn. The rest of our trip will take us through the following national parks: Zion, Bryce, Arches, Grand Canyon, Joshua Tree, Grand Tetons, Yellowstone, Badlands, and Wind Cave.

Highland Campers! I am so, so, sorry I could not be there with you guys. I am currently finshing up a year and a half long worldwide traveling spree. My journeys have afforded me many opportunities to meet some of the most interesting people you can imagine. I have backpacked across all of Europe and pieces of Asia. I have driven the entire trans-canadian highway. I have toured the United States three times and am currently on my way back to Pennsylvania from San Diego, CA. You guys should check out the gallery section of this page and see the crazy places I have stumbled into.
I am out of the NAVY now. WHOOOOOOO!!!! Four and a half years of fixing a nuclear reactor on a submarine was enough for me. I am now starting school at Penn State in the fall for Aerospace Engineering (Making Spaceships) and I am super crazy excited to learn somthing I am interested in for once.
I hope to join you guys all next year. I can't wait to see all of my old friends again. I am looking foward to meeting all of the new campers as well. Make sure you tell you friends about Highland. I only went to Highland because a friend of mine told me about it. Word of mouth is a very powerful tool, but so is craigslist.com.
